BOOKING PROCEDURE

Nathan would love to be a part of your upcoming event. To help us respond promptly to your request please review the following booking steps.

STEP 1:
Fill out the attached concert event questionnaire. After submitting your questionnaire, management will review your request and contact you with an acceptance or decline based on Nathan's availability on your requested date.

STEP 2:
If Nathan is available on your your event date a logistics agreement will be over-nighted or emailed to the street address or email you provide. You will only have two weeks to return your signed agreement in order to secure your date on our calendar.

STEP 3:
Once we have received your signed agreement, management will post your date on the itinerary page and forward you all necessary marketing materials to promote your event.

PLEASE DO NOT ADVERTISE A NATHAN DAVID APPEARANCE/PERFORMANCE UNTIL AFTER A WRITTEN ACCEPTANCE IS GIVEN BY MANAGEMENT.
